They Don't Call it a "Long Day" for Nothing

After a long day of work, I just want to be lazy and relax...

and eat pastry pups and drink a glass of wine...

They Don't Call it a "Petting Zoo" for Nothing

The other weekend the Mr. and I decided to venture out of our little home by the beach and find somewhere new to take the Chitlin.

the Mr. - Babe.. go on the computer and google aquariums.

Me - The closest one is about 45 mins away.

the Mr. - Never mind.

Me - (looking up from the computer)  There's a petting zoo about 15 mins away.

So off we went.... and that's when I discovered my fear of all petting zoo creatures.  Those things scared the bejesus out of me.  They followed me around with their hungry eyes, staring at the little basket of lettuce, carrots, and crap in my hands... they backed me up in a little corner and started clawing their dirty little hoofs all over me.  I wanted to throw the basket of crap at them and run for my life... but instead, I composed myself and squealed "Help me!" ...The Mr. had been walking around with the Chitlin while the attack occured and heroically took over food duty.

Me - I want to cuddle.

the Mr. - No babe... it's hot.

Me - But I want to cuddle.

the Mr. - No, I'm going to be uncomfortable and not be able to fall asleep.

Me - ..............but it's Mother's Day.

the Mr. - Nooo... Mother's Day is this Sunday.

Me - It's Mother's Day Week.

the Mr. - Well, I can't wait for Father's Day MONTH then!

They Don't Call Us "Sisters" for Nothing

My Sister and I live too far from each other.  I moved down to SoCal and she stayed up in the Bay Area.  Sometimes this makes it hard for us to keep up with each others' lives ... but we try our best... sometimes via text.  The other day we were talking about someone owning a transvestive whore house.  Ya, I know... We know people.

I miss you Sister Bestie! ...even if you know nothing of transvestite whore houses. smiley face.
